Bulletin Guidelines and Submission Instructions

To have an announcement considered for publication in our Bulletin, please do the following:

For a previous or upcoming event to be placed in the weekly bulletin, please fully fill out the request form or email:  [email protected].

Most bulletin requests must be submitted at least 3 days in advance (by Thursday at 3pm). Due to the many ministries at St. Robert's last-minute requests cannot be honored.

*We welcome your bulletin requests; however we cannot guarantee space or consecutive weekly publication. We reserve the right to edit accordingly. Submissions will be placed in our bulletin if space allows and pending administration approval.

• Bulletin announcements can only be up to 150 words max (or less). Please keep it simple and state the facts.
• Images for bulletins must high resolution and be sent in jpg or png file format.
• High resolution photos only.
• Please utilize QR Codes for external pages or for lengthy event descriptions. https://www.qr-code-generator.com/ 
• Priority will be given to registered ministries at St. Robert's.

Please include the following information:

• Announcement Headline
• When:  Month, day; Time (am or pm)
• Where:  Location of event or activity
• Additional details: Include critical details about your event in a concise way. 
• Do not exceed 150 words.
• Information: web address or QR code (if applicable)
• Contact: Name, phone, email address (include any necessary info)
• Optional: Graphics or images (Subject to edit or exclusion) (No clip art).
